Becker's, in Jasper National Park, was our base for the first half of the trip. This is a shot of the registration and restaurant building. Log construction is used throughout. My room included a small bedroom, bath and a living area with gas fireplace and a kitchenette. We met in Peter and Dow's suite each evening for happy hour before dinner. The food was terrific! Passing on dessert I found myself popular. One dessert, uneaten, could be credited toward the wild game that was on the menu but not included in our package.
